This policy explains what firebit LLC ("firebit", "we") stores when you play our Roblox games or visit firebit.dev. The short version: we keep your Roblox user ID, name and game stats so leaderboards and player pages work, and nothing that identifies you outside Roblox.
What we store
- From our games: your Roblox user ID, username and display name, gameplay stats such as level, coins, playtime and streaks, and the top 10 finishes those stats earn on our leaderboards. Some games also keep in-game progress on Roblox's own servers.
- If you email us: your email address and whatever you send.
We don't collect real names, contact details, payment details or location. Robux purchases go through Roblox, and we never see your payment information.
What's public
Leaderboards and player pages on firebit.dev show your Roblox username, display name, avatar picture and a selection of your stats. They also show your totals for each of the last 12 weeks, the milestones your stats have reached and your top 10 finishes, but never the day or time you played. Anyone who knows your username or user ID can look you up. Avatar pictures are loaded from Roblox.
Cookies and analytics
firebit.dev sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse.
How long we keep it
- Daily stat snapshots are deleted after 90 days.
- If you haven't played a game for two years, your stats for it are deleted.
- Top 10 finishes are deleted along with your stats for that game.
- Emails are kept as long as we need them to answer you.
Deleting your data
When you make a GDPR right to erasure request on Roblox (or a similar request under another privacy law), Roblox notifies us and we automatically delete everything we hold about you in every game, and stop storing anything new. You can also ask us directly at hello@firebit.dev with your Roblox username.
Children
Many Roblox players are under 13. For every player, whatever their age, we keep the same things: the Roblox user ID, username and display name that Roblox gives every game, plus gameplay stats. We never ask for or store real names, email addresses, photos or other contact details. A parent or guardian can email us with their child's Roblox username to see what we hold or have it deleted, and we'll delete it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your data. It's stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and shared only where the law requires it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
