These terms are an agreement between you and firebit LLC ("firebit", "we") and cover our Roblox games and this website, firebit.dev. By playing our games or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Roblox's terms come first
Our games run on Roblox, so the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards apply whenever you play. Where these terms and Roblox's disagree, Roblox's win.
Purchases
Game passes, developer products and other in-game items are bought with Robux through Roblox. They are a license to use the item in the game, have no real-world value, and can't be exchanged for money. Refunds and payment issues are handled by Roblox under its own policies. We may rebalance, change or retire items as a game evolves.
Playing fair
When you play our games, don't:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use scripts, macros or modified clients
- harass, threaten or scam other players
- try to disrupt our servers, this site or its API
- pretend to be a firebit team member
We can reset progress, remove items, or ban players from our games for breaking these rules or Roblox's. If you find a bug, tell us at hello@firebit.dev instead of exploiting it.
Our content
Our games, their art, music, code and names, and this site belong to firebit. You're welcome to stream, record and share videos of our games. Don't copy or reupload the games or their assets.
No guarantees
Our games and this site are provided as they are. We work to keep them running, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of bugs, and we may change or shut down a game at any time. To the extent the law allows, firebit isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them, including lost progress or items.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
